Vacuum, Pressure, Flow & Level
Ashdale’s experienced team of engineers can provide UKAS traceable calibration on a wide range of portable and in-situ pressure and vacuum instrumentation, as well as a wide range of pressure and vacuum gauges across all ranges in H20, mbar, psi, bar, etc.
In addition, we can provide non-intrusive verification of flow, which is critical in the food and beverage industries.
Temperature Probes & Sensors
We provide UKAS traceable calibration on the full range of thermocouple (Type K, Type J, Type E, Type T, Type R, Type S, etc.), PT100, and thermistor probes, as well as pyrometers and sensors.
This can be either a full-loop test using our UKAS calibrated Heatwells, or an electrical injection test using our UKAS calibrated sources.
Electrical
We can calibrate a variety of electrical inputs and outputs for ranges such as current loop simulators (4-20Ma, 10-50Mv, etc.) to traceable standards. We can also assist with verification or electrical calibration of your level sensors and transmitters.
Additionally, we can calibrate PLC inputs, (4-20 mA or 0-10vdc), and controllers' outputs.
