LIQUILINE CM442

Replacing an E+H LIQUISYS-M pH Controller with a LIQUILINE CM442

Scope of works

 System installed and commisioned on site.

4-20 mA signal going to chart recorder and BMS system for pH monitoring and recording of effluent discharge,

CPA450 clean fit retracable assembly allows for direct pH measurement from inside the effluent storage tank and also allows the probe to be removed for cleaning and calibration without emptying the tank.

Relays inside the CM442 used to control Caustic dosing pump to maintain the pH within the acceptable discharge limits.

Relay also used for alarms to indicate pH is outside accepatable limits. 

On Site calibrationof pH sensor using standised buffer soltions to ensure accurate and reliable pH measurement.

On going mainteneace and calibration availavle from Ashdale Engineering for the life time of this system.

• CPA450 Manual retractable assembly Cleanfit
