NI Water Flowmeter Cleaning
Cleaning, factory calibration and site verification of Endress+Hauser Promass 80l flowmeters at a NI water treatment site.
The Problem..
Sludge and residue build up was starting to be an issue at this water treatment site in Enniskillen. The Promass 80L flow meters were starting to give inaccurate readings.
The site has several Promass flow meters including a spare. Ashdale installed and verified the spare meter in-situ. We then removed the dirty meter and arranged specialist cleaning and factory calibration. Once this was complete, we were able to return to site and install the meter into another location allowing cycle meter cleaning with minimum downtime to the site.
